From Ponta Grossa, Parana, Brasil, Fabio is a go getter. He studied Agronomy at the State University of Ponta Grossa. His favorite areas of study were Horticulture and Enology. He was President of the Agronomy Academic Center from 2005 to 2007, as well as Regional Engineering council Junior President the last two years. He was awarded a special internship with the Cargill corporation where learned the ins and outs of container sized trades in major commodities such as soybeans. He won that position from a field of 200 applicants.

At Booman Floral Fabio has coordinated our Rex Begonia propagation and shipping during the winter quarter. He will be rotating through the other departments during his one year stay with us.

In his spare time he enjoys a mix of activities: running, biking, trips to the beach, and reading.
