Organized, flexible and always ready for a challenge, Mr. Diaz steers the Propagation Programs for Booman Floral. As a propagation Manager, his workload varies tremendously throughout the year. During the peak propagation season, his crews root over two million cuttings per week.

Ernesto is responsible for space allocation, product quality, inventory movement and labor management. He always is monitoring four or five experiments to improve rooting and product quality.

Mr. Diaz joined the winning team in 1991. His experience and cheerful demeanor allow him to control many jobs simultaneously, seemingly without stress! During the 'off season',  he handles telephone and walk in orders for Booman Floral customers.

Booman Floral is lucky to have Mr. Diaz on board. He 'follows through'.

Mr. Diaz currently lives in San Marcos, California with his wife and two children. Don't expect him to find him home if you call on weekends. He is probably out playing soccer.
